Haverhill Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center is seeking a dedicated Dietary Aide to support dietitians and the Food Service Manager. You will prepare, portion, and serve meals according to menus and prescribed therapeutic diets, ensuring timely, safe, and sanitary service.

You will also assist with stocking, storing, and cleaning duties, while supporting meal setup and nourishing residents at appropriate times.

Responsabilidades

• 1. Collaborate with dietician and Food Service Manager to align production sheets and menus.
• 2. Follow posted work schedules.
• 3. Prepare, portion, and serve meals and beverages per menus and therapeutic diets.
• 4. Assist with vending par level preparation and production.
• 5. Deliver nourishments on schedule per procedures.
• 6. Set up trays as prescribed by therapeutic diets.
• 7. Assist with meal setup according to diet cards and resident needs.
• 8. Store food items and supplies safely, including chemicals.
• 9. Stock items for the Dietary Department.
• 10. Wash, sanitize, and handle dishes and utensils safely.
• 11. Operate and sanitize equipment and carts properly.
• 12. Clean and maintain an orderly work area per schedule.
• 13. Attend meetings and perform related duties as assigned by Supervisor/Administrator.
