Job summary

Cambridge Healthcare Services, LLC is seeking a dedicated Dietary Aide to assist in all food-related functions in accordance with federal, state, and local standards. You will support the dietician, management, and kitchen team while treating residents with kindness and respect.

You will help prepare and serve meals, maintain sanitation, and follow safety protocols to ensure quality and confidentiality of resident information. This role requires teamwork and reliable performance during shifts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Some experience helpful; on-the-job training provided.
• Must read, write, speak and understand English.
• Must be able to follow oral and written instructions.

Responsibilities

• Assist Dietician/Dietary Management and Cook as requested.
• Help with meal preparation according to residents' dietary needs.
• Assist in serving meals that are palatable and appetizing in appearance.
• Set up meal service and deliver meal trays and food carts.
• Adhere to sanitation and food safety guidelines during meal preparation and cleanup.
