Covenant Living at Mount Miguel is seeking a Dietary Aide to assist in food preparation, service, and nutrition delivery for residents. You will work with Dietitians to communicate allergies or restrictions and help ensure meals meet individual dietary needs with attention to safety and cleanliness.

Responsibilities include assisting with dining setup, delivering meals, and maintaining a tidy, compliant kitchen and dining area while providing warm, patient-focused service.

Qualifikationen

• Must be able to communicate effectively (verbal and written) with residents and staff.
• Must be able to read and understand written instructions and follow safety practices.

Aufgaben

• Assist in food preparation, hospitality duties, and meal service under the guidance of the Chef or Dietitian.
• Deliver dishes, trays, and designate times and rooms.
• Assist in setting up and clearing dining areas with attention to cleanliness and order; includes dish, tray, trash, and leftovers removal.
• Follow all sanitation guidelines, federal/state regulations, and Senior Living/Healthcare requirements; maintain cleanliness of prep items.
• Follow cleaning schedules and perform cleaning duties as scheduled and/or needed.
• Provide customer service and hospitality during nutrition delivery.
