Job summary

Senior Lifestyle is seeking an entry-level Food Service Associate to support dining operations in our setting. You will follow established policies, help prepare and deliver meals, and ensure meals meet dietary and resident preferences.

Responsible for tray setup, diet adherence, sanitation, and assisting cooks. Training and teamwork are integral to daily duties, with a focus on resident hospitality.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Entry level (0–3 years) in food service or hospitality.
• Serv Safe or equivalent certification required.

Responsibilities

• Follow Dining Policy and Procedures.
• Serve food per portion control and diets.
• Assist or serve meals to residents and in dining areas.
• Setup, deliver, and verify meal trays and dining areas.
• Assist with food supplies and kitchen prep.
• Maintain safety and sanitation in food prep.
• Attend required training and meetings.
