Job summary

Midwest Health, Inc. is seeking a Dietary Aide to assist in the kitchen area before, during, and after meals, helping with meal service, food preparation, and maintaining clean, orderly work areas.

You will follow safety, infection control, and facility policies, report hazards, and work with residents and staff with dignity and respect. Requires basic computer skills, good English, reliability, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work additional hours as needed.

Qualifications

• Must have basic computer skills.
• Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English.
• Must be able to work beyond normal hours and on weekends/holidays when necessary.

Responsibilities

• Assist in kitchen area before, during and after meals.
• Help serve meals and pour beverages.
• Assist in cleaning duties and maintain sanitary areas.
• Follow safety, infection control and universal precautions policies.
• Report hazards, accidents and equipment issues to supervisor.
• Work with residents with dignity and respect.
