• Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage patient records.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and manage check-in; verify income and update forms.
• Answer phones to schedule, reschedule, and remind patients.
• Verify payment methods and collect copays.
• Call insurance to verify coverage and update chart.
• Prepare patient charts and perform general office duties.
• Maintain front desk and waiting areas and assist with forms.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
