Job summary

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care to residents and contribute to continuity of care by reporting changes to the Resident Care Director.
• Assisting residents with lifts, moves, and transports, using proper body mechanics.
• Responds to inquiries from residents, visitors, and other personnel promptly and courteously.
• Communicates and interacts effectively with residents, families, peers, and supervisors to promote a homelike environment.
