Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Cook and prepare a variety of food according to production guidelines and recipes.
• Set up workstation with ingredients and equipment.
• Prepare ingredients by measuring, weighing, chopping, and trimming.
• Safely operate ovens, stoves, slicers, and mixers.
• Bake, roast, steam, and use various cooking methods.
• Portion and garnish food according to guidelines.
• Store food per safety policies and sanitize areas and tools.
• Maintain positive customer service with guests and residents.
• Follow Vered Healthcare Group safety policies and procedures.
