Job summary

Trilogy Health Services, LLC in Lafayette, IN is seeking a Cook to prepare high-quality, scratch-made meals for residents in a caring, well-supported kitchen. You will follow established safety and sanitation standards while delivering a positive dining experience.

You’ll assist the Food Service Manager with inventory, ordering, and station setup, supervise dietary staff when needed, and help maintain a clean, efficient kitchen that supports resident well-being and satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED/HSE preferred.
• Minimum of 1-2 years similar cooking experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare fresh scratch-made meals according to planned menus and dietary guidelines.
• Assist the Food Service Manager with inventory control and ordering supplies.
• Properly store food and kitchen supplies to maintain freshness and prevent waste.
• Supervise and support Dietary staff when the Food Service Manager is unavailable.
• Set up breakfast bars, steam tables, and other meal service stations.
• Maintain cleanliness in work areas and ensure all kitchen cleaning tasks are completed.
• Utilize technology and computerized systems to efficiently and safely create a great dining experience for our residents and families.
