Job summary

Villa Healthcare is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) at Villa At Rose City to join our patient-focused care team. The CNA assists residents with daily activities, monitors health needs, and collaborates with licensed nurses to support personalized, compassionate care.

Qualified candidates will have a High School Diploma or GED, a state CNA license, and a CPR certification (within 90 days preferred).

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• State CNA license/certification required.
• Current CPR certificate or certification within 90 days preferred. Some facilities may require this.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, eating).
• Assist with mobility and transfers; reposition bedridden residents.
• Take and record vital signs (BP, pulse, temp, respiration) under nurse supervision.
• Observe and report changes in patient condition and mood to nursing staff.
• Maintain clean rooms and linens; gather supplies as needed.
• Ensure proper dietary needs and fluid intake are followed.
• May transport patients to appointments; respond to patient calls.
• Perform other duties as assigned by licensed staff.
