Aliya Healthcare is seeking a compassionate and dependable Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to support residents with daily living activities in a caring, professional setting. You will work alongside a skilled clinical team to uphold health, comfort, and dignity.

Responsibilities include assisting with bathing, grooming, feeding, mobility, and accurate documentation, while maintaining HIPAA privacy and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in accordance with state law.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Long term care experience preferred.
• Current CPR certification required.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
• Ability to lift up to 100 pounds and assist residents with mobility needs.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily living activities (bathing, grooming, toileting, dressing).
• Serve meals, assist with feeding, and provide fluids between meals.
• Support mobility: ambulating, turning, and positioning residents.
• Monitor and document vital signs, weight, intake, and output.
• Respond promptly to call lights and requests to ensure comfort and safety.
• Report changes in resident condition to the nursing supervisor.
• Maintain accurate documentation of care and observations.
• Uphold privacy and HIPAA compliance.
