Aliya Healthcare is seeking a compassionate and dependable CNA to join our team and provide essential support to residents in daily living activities. The CNA will work with a skilled clinical team in a supportive environment to ensure health, comfort, and dignity for residents.

Qualifications

• Current CNA certification per state requirements.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Experience in long-term care preferred.
• CPR certification required.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
• Ability to lift up to 100 pounds and assist residents with mobility.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily living activities (bathing, grooming, toileting, dressing).
• Serve meals, assist with feeding and hydration.
• Support mobility: ambulating, turning, positioning.
• Monitor and document vital signs, weight, intake and output.
• Respond promptly to call lights and requests; ensure resident comfort.
• Report changes in resident condition to nursing staff.
• Maintain accurate documentation of care provided and observations.
• Uphold privacy and dignity per HIPAA and facility policies.
• Comply with all regulations and guidelines; pursue continuing CNA education.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
