Aliya Healthcare is seeking a compassionate and dependable Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team and provide essential support to residents in their daily living activities. You will work alongside a skilled clinical team to ensure the health, comfort, and dignity of our residents in a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Current CNA certification required by state law.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Long term care experience preferred.
• Current CPR certification required.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
• Ability to lift up to 100 pounds and assist with mobility

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily living activities: bathing, grooming, toileting, dressing.
• Serve meals, assist with feeding, and provide water between meals.
• Support residents with mobility: ambulating, turning, and positioning.
• Monitor and document vital signs, weight, intake, and output.
• Maintain resident privacy and dignity in accordance with HIPAA and facility standards.
• Report changes in resident condition to the nursing supervisor.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
