Job summary

Trustwell Living, LLC is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant to provide compassionate care to residents in a supportive, home-like environment in Kenton, Ohio. The role includes assisting with ADLs, reporting changes, and following care plans with strict infection control practices.

Completion of CNA program with an active license and CPR/First Aid certification preferred; 18–24 months experience is desired. Full-time benefits include medical coverage, paid time off, and a flexible schedule.

Qualifications

• Certified Nursing Assistant program completed with current license.
• 19–24 months experience in a similar position.
• CPR/First Aid certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Adheres to and applies philosophy of dignity, privacy, independence, and a home-like environment for Residents.
• Receives and communicates reports from the previous shift.
• Reviews assignments with the Designated Supervisor.
• Updates Resident records as required.
• Assists with ADLs and mobility, encouraging self-care.
• Provides services per Resident service plans (bathing, toileting, transfers).
• Follows infection control procedures.
• Maintains clean, safe environment for Residents and staff.
• Notifies nurse of status changes as appropriate.
