Job summary

Trustwell Living at Westwood Place is hiring Caregivers and CNAs to join a passionate care team in Kentucky. The role supports dignity, privacy, and independence in a home-like setting while assisting residents with daily living activities.

Full-time employees receive comprehensive medical benefits and substantial paid time off. Prior CNA experience and CPR/First Aid certification are favorable, and applicants must lift up to 50 pounds as part of the job responsibilities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role preferred.
• CNA when required by the state.
• CPR/First Aid certification preferred.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Able to read, write, and verbally communicate in English.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to and convey a philosophy of supporting dignity, privacy, independence, choice, individuality, and a home-like environment for residents.
• Assist with instrumental activities of daily living, ADLs, environmental orientation, and assistance with other care while encouraging self-care and independence.
• Provide services as indicated on resident service plans, including but not limited to bathing assistance, toileting assistance, transfer, and mobility assistance.
• Build relationships with the amazing people who live in our community.
