Job summary

Patient First in Aberdeen, MD is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our clinical team. The role involves locating patients, measuring vital signs, triaging, assisting physicians and nurses, and supporting lab and phlebotomy tasks.

You will use the electronic medical record, restock treatment areas, and help maintain cleanliness and safety per OSHA guidelines. A friendly, patient-centered approach and reliability are essential.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in Maryland.
• One year of clinical experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Locate patients and obtain vital signs using visual/auditory methods.
• Triage patients and assist physicians and nurses with care.
• Use EMR and communicate symptoms or lab needs to staff.
• Assist with phlebotomy, lab duties, and instrument sterilization.
• Restock treatment rooms, maintain cleanliness per OSHA guidelines.
• Report to Charge Nurse and support center operations as needed.
