Job summary

Trilogy Health Services seeks a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our caring team at the Taylor Springs Health Campus in Gahanna, OH. You will work alongside fellow caregivers to deliver daily nursing care per each resident’s plan of care and individual needs.

Responsibilities include assisting with ADLs, observing changes, and supporting resident well-being, with a focus on companionship and compassionate care in a safe setting.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED/HSE required or preferred.
• Active state CNA certification required.
• 0–1 years of relevant experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (hygiene, turning, lifting, positioning, mobility).
• Observe and report changes in residents' condition and respond appropriately.
• Collaborate with the care team to support comfort and wellbeing.
• Provide companionship, encouragement, and compassionate care.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable environment.
