Job summary

Trilogy Health Services in Lima, OH is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to support residents with daily nursing care and individualized plans of care. Join a caring team dedicated to dignity, safety, and meaningful connections.

You will assist with personal care, observe changes in condition, and collaborate with staff to ensure comfort and well-being, while delivering companionship and encouragement to residents.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED/HSE preferred.
• Active state CNA Certification required.
• 0–1 years of relevant CNA experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Help residents with personal hygiene activities, turning, lifting, positioning, and transporting them when needed (activities of daily living).
• Observe and report changes in residents' condition and make independent decisions when needed.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure patient comfort and well-being.
• Provide companionship, compassion and encouragement to our residents.
• Maintain a safe and comfortable environment.
