Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be a licensed CNA or enrolled in CNA program.
• Minimum 6 months CNA experience or clinical CNA exposure.
• Ability to read, write and speak English.
• Ability to interact with residents, families and staff.

Responsibilities

• Make resident rounds at the beginning of each shift and every two hours thereafter.
• Assist with meals and feeding as needed.
• Dress and groom residents; help with bathing and personal care.
• Keep residents clean and dry; change linens and clothing as required.
• Observe and report changes to Charge Nurse; document as directed.
• Attend on-the-job trainings and follow facility policies and safety rules.
