Qualifications

• Active state CNA certification required.
• Experience in long-term care or with residents preferred.
• High school diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as hygiene, turning, and mobility.
• Observe and report changes in residents' condition and respond appropriately.
• Collaborate with care team to ensure resident comfort and safety.
• Provide companionship and encouragement to residents.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and therapeutic environment.
