Job summary

Trilogy Health Services, LLC is seeking Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to work alongside caregivers in providing daily nursing care and services based on each resident's plan of care. CNAs offer companionship, compassion, and encouragement to residents, supporting their well-being.

The role requires helping residents with daily activities, observing changes in health, and collaborating with the team to maintain a safe, comfortable environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED/HSE preferred.
• Active state Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Certification.
• 0-1 Years of relevant experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Help residents with personal hygiene activities, turning, lifting, positioning, and transporting them when needed (activities of daily living).
• Observe and report changes in residents' condition and make independent decisions when needed.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure patient comfort and well-being.
• Provide companionship, compassion and encouragement to our residents.
• Maintain a safe and comfortable environment.

Education
