Responsibilities

• Safely transport residents to appointments, activities, and outings.
• Assist residents with boarding and exiting, including wheelchair ramps and tie-downs.
• Ensure on-time pickups and drop-offs while maintaining safety.
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness and report any issues.
• Follow HIPAA, safety, infection control, and facility policies.
• Provide compassionate hospitality during transportation.
