Job summary

Lake Barkley Health & Rehabilitation in Kuttawa, KY is seeking compassionate CNAs to join our long‑term care team. Esteem a heart-of-the-house role with direct resident care, under licensed nurse supervision, in a facility that values teamwork and quality breaks.

We offer full‑time shifts (days and nights), competitive pay from $17.25 to $20.75 per hour with shift differentials, and a limited sign‑on bonus up to $2,500. Daily pay access is available and comprehensive benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in Kentucky in good standing.
• Experience in long-term care or senior living preferred.
• Compassionate, reliable and patient-centered.
• Strong team player with excellent communication skills.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds; physical work is required.
• Able to stand, bend and walk for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Provide basic nursing care to residents under the direction of licensed nurses.
• Assist residents with daily care including bathing, grooming and hygiene.
• Maintain cleanliness of resident units and supply areas.
• Assist with mobility and transportation of residents as needed.
• Record measurements and report changes to supervising nurse.
• Support infection control and ensure resident safety.
