AuthentiCare Health Centers in Kentucky is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant to join our caring team. You will support residents with daily activities, monitor vital signs, and help provide high-quality long-term, sub-acute and memory care in a collaborative setting.

The role emphasizes resident-centered care, adherence to HIPAA, and teamwork with the health professionals. A sign-on bonus, weekly pay, and tuition reimbursement accompany the position.

Qualifications

• CNA certification required or preferred.
• Ability to monitor vital signs and document accurately.
• Strong communication with residents, families and healthcare staff.

Responsabilités

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, eating).
• Monitor and record vital signs (temperature, pulse, BP).
• Provide support in emergencies and respond to residents’ needs promptly.
• Assist in hospice care as needed and support nursing staff.
• Help lift and transfer residents safely using proper techniques.
• Maintain clean, infection-controlled environment per protocol.
• Document resident information ensuring HIPAA compliance.
• Collaborate with healthcare team to deliver comprehensive resident care.
