Job summary
Henson Park Health & Rehab in Danville, KY is seeking compassionate CNAs to join our long-term care team. This full-time role offers day and night shifts, a $5,000 sign-on bonus, and access to daily pay.

Qualifications
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in good standing in KY.
- Prior experience in long-term care or senior living preferred.
- Compassionate, reliable and patient-centered demeanor.
- Strong team player with excellent communication skills.
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand/bend/walk for extended periods.
Responsibilities
- Provide basic nursing care under licensed nurse supervision.
- Assist residents with bathing, grooming, hygiene and mobility.
- Maintain linens, infection control and clean care units.
- Assist with daily activities and transportation to appointments.
- Record vitals and report changes to nursing staff.
- Support for personal well-being and resident safety.
