River Oaks Health in Louisville, KY is seeking compassionate CNAs to join our long-term care/skilled nursing team. We offer full-time and part-time day and evening shifts, with every-other-weekend requirements and a $5,000 sign-on bonus where applicable.

Pay ranges from $18.50–$22.50 per hour with shift differentials, plus access to daily pay and a supportive, family-like culture. Opportunities for advancement, tuition reimbursement, and comprehensive benefits are available.

Qualifications

• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in good standing in KY
• Experience in long-term care or senior living preferred
• Compassionate, reliable, patient-centered

Responsabilités

• Provide basic nursing care to residents under the supervision of a licensed nurse
• Assist residents with daily care including bathing, grooming and hygiene
• Keep residents dry and manage linens per infection control guidelines
• Assist with mobility, transfers and positioning
• Assist with transportation to appointments and activities
• Record measurements such as height, weight, temperature, pulse and blood pressure as instructed
• Ensure call lights are within reach and respond promptly
• Maintain cleanliness of resident rooms and common areas
• Perform other related duties as assigned
