Job summary

Sweetwater Care in Selma, CA is seeking compassionate Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) and Restorative Nursing Assistants (RNA) for a full-time role with a rotating schedule, including every other weekend. You will support residents with daily living activities and collaborate with the nursing team to maintain high-quality care.

Qualifications

• Active CNA certification in the state of California.
• RNA certification is required or preferred.
• Ability to work a rotating schedule with every other weekend.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs).
• Provide compassionate, safe, and respectful care.
• Observe and report changes in resident condition.
• Follow individualized care plans and safety guidelines.
• Provide supportive services to nurses and other staff as needed and perform duties as assigned.
• Assist with weighing residents according to facility policy and record weights in designated locations.
• Report significant weight changes to the nurse and supervisor.
• For RNA: assist with restorative nursing programs as assigned.
• Maintain resident dignity, privacy, and rights.
