Responsibilities

• Perform duties per facility policies and nursing care procedures.
• Make resident rounds at shift start and every two hours.
• Verify resident ID before care or meals.
• Report missing ID bands to admissions.
• Make beds, clean bedside tables.
• Ensure water pitchers are filled and within residents’ reach.
• Other related duties as directed by supervisors.
