Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a nursing assistant program or hold a CNA license.
• Minimum of 6 months experience as a CNA or clinical experience during enrollment.

Responsibilities

• Perform duties per facility policies, nursing care procedures and safety rules.
• Make resident rounds at shift start and every two hours to administer care.
• Verify resident identity before care or meals to ensure correct care for the resident.
• Report missing ID bands to admission coordinator immediately.
• Make beds, clean bedside and overbed tables.
• Ensure water pitchers are cleaned, filled, and within resident reach.
• Other related duties as directed by Charge Nurse, RN Supervisor, Director of Nurses, or Administrator.
