Sweetwater Care in Red Bluff, CA is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant to provide routine nursing care under supervision. You will support residents with daily activities, monitor wellbeing, and document care as directed.

Qualifications

Must have a CNA license.
Minimum 6 months experience as CNA or clinical exposure during training.

Willingness to work harmoniously with other personnel.
Patient, tactful, cheerful and enthusiastic with residents.

Responsibilities

Perform duties per facility policies and nursing care procedures.
Make resident rounds at start of shift and every two hours to provide care.
Verify resident identity before care or meals to ensure correct care.
Report missing ID bands to admission coordinator.
Make beds, clean bedside and overbed tables.
Ensure water pitchers are cleaned, filled, and reachable.
Other related duties as directed by Charge Nurse, RN Supervisor, Director of Nurses or Administrator.
