Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform routine nursing care and resident rounds at start of shift and every two hours.
• Verify resident identity before care or meals to ensure correct care.
• Report missing ID bands to admission coordinator immediately.
• Make beds and keep bedside tables clean and organized.
• Ensure water pitchers are filled and within resident's reach.
• Carry out other duties as directed by Charge Nurse, RN Supervisor, Director of Nurses, or Administrator.
