Highland Place Rehab and Nursing Center is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant to provide direct resident care under supervision. You will assist with daily living activities, monitor health parameters, and support the nursing team to maintain a safe, respectful environment for elderly residents.

The role requires active CNA certification, CPR certification, and a high school diploma or GED, with the ability to work in a fast-paced facility and adhere to strict infection control

Qualificações

• Current Nursing Assistant Certification from state.
• Maintain CPR Certification.
• High School Graduate or GED.

Responsabilidades

• Provide personal care (grooming, bathing, dressing, oral care) of residents daily and as needed.
• Change bed linen and maintain grooming supplies in resident rooms.
• Ambulate and transfer residents using assistive devices and proper body mechanics.
• Record resident vital signs, weights, intake/output, and food consumption.
• Observe residents and report changes to Charge Nurse.
• Assist in collecting data for MDS and care plans.
• Provide adequate hydration and assist with meals as needed.
• Attend in-service education programs to meet facility requirements.
