Job summary

Highland Place Rehab and Nursing is seeking compassionate CNAs to provide direct resident care under licensed nurses. You will help with daily living tasks, promote a home-like environment, and ensure residents' comfort and safety in a long-term care setting.

Qualifications

• Experience in direct resident care in a long-term care setting.
• Ability to communicate with residents and nursing staff in English.
• Successful completion of required CNA training and certification.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with bathing, dressing and grooming.
• Answer call lights and monitor residents for needs.
• Support activities of daily living and mobility.
• Record care provided and report changes to nurses.
• Maintain cleanliness and infection control in care areas.
