Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform duties per facility policies and nursing care procedures.
• Make resident rounds at shift start and every two hours.
• Verify resident identification before care or meals.
• Report missing ID bands to admissions.
• Make beds and clean bedside/overbed tables.
• Ensure water pitchers are clean, filled, and accessible.
• Other duties as directed by Charge Nurse, Supervisor, Directors or Administrator.
