Job summary

Cambridgepac is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant to provide direct resident care under supervision. You will assist with personal care, monitoring vital signs, and ensuring comfort and safety for residents in a team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities include assisting with meals and mobility, documenting intake and outputs, and reporting changes to the Charge Nurse. A patient, respectful attitude and adherence to facility policies are essential.

Qualifications

• Current Nursing Assistant Certification from state.
• Maintain CPR Certification.
• High School Graduate or GED.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care of residents daily and as needed.
• Record resident vital signs, weights, intake/output and food intake.
• Observe changes and report to Charge Nurse.
• Assist in meals, seating, and transport to dining room.
• Maintain confidentiality of resident and facility records.
