Qualifications

• Identify residents before treatments or meals using wristband/photo ID.
• Report changes in resident condition to Nurse Supervisor promptly.
• Record entries accurately on flow sheets and charts.
• Maintain confidentiality of resident information and report disclosures.
• Assist with transporting residents and setting up rooms for admissions.
• Help residents with daily activities and personal care needs.
• Follow policies on exposure to blood, body fluids, and hazardous materials.
