Job summary

Maryland Gardens SNF, LLC is looking for a caring aide to provide routine daily care and support to residents in a post-acute setting. You will use PCC, assist with meals, transfers, and daily living activities, and ensure resident comfort and safety across shifts.

Responsibilities include accurate documentation, reporting changes to supervisors, and maintaining resident confidentiality while upholding facility policies and quality care standards.

Qualifications

• Must possess, as a minimum, a high school education or its equivalent.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office products.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business materials.

Responsibilities

• Use PCC to ensure correct resident information and assist with daily tasks.
• Report changes in residents' condition to Health and Wellness Director promptly.
• Record entries and incidents clearly in notes and reports; maintain confidentiality.
• Assist with meals, transfers, and daily living activities; keep rooms ready and safe.
• Observe, document and report any injuries or skin issues; monitor resident comfort.
• Prepare residents for medical tests and examinations as directed.
