Trinity Community at Beavercreek is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) / Competency Evaluated Nursing Assistant (CENA) to care for residents physically and emotionally, enhancing quality of life. You will assist with ADLs, mealtimes, mobility, and rehabilitation activities in a compassionate setting.

Applicants should have a CNA program completion and strong communication, empathy, and teamwork. US-based, full-time, on-site position at Trinity Community at Beavercreek.

Qualificações

• High School/GED preferred; CNA program completion required.
• Must meet state/federal CNA requirements and certifications.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Ability to use a computer for charting; English proficiency required.

Responsabilidades

• Assist residents with ADLs and daily living activities.
• Aid residents with bathing, grooming, hygiene, and meals.
• Assist with transfers, positioning, and mobility using equipment.
• Observe changes in condition and report to supervisor promptly.
• Follow dementia care protocols and ensure safety during care.
• Maintain cleanliness of units and proper infection control.
