United Church Homes is seeking a Non-Certified Nursing Assistant (NCNA) at Trinity Community in Beavercreek, OH. The role supports day-to-day nursing functions in accordance with regulatory guidelines and contributes to residents’ comfort and safety.

Responsibilities include assisting with mobility, personal care, and meal support while maintaining accurate documentation and high standards of hygiene. Training on dementia care and ongoing education are provided as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred; NATCEP certification required or eligible.
• Must have completed Nurse Aide Training; active NATCEP certificate where required by state.
• Must be able to read, write, understand and speak English; basic computer skills expected.

Responsabilités

• Assist residents with daily living activities including mobility, bathing, dressing and feeding.
• Support safety for residents; respond promptly to call lights and check on residents.
• Document care accurately in the care management system (Point Click Care).
• Perform restorative/rehabilitative procedures as instructed by nursing staff.
• Maintain cleanliness of resident areas and assist with meal service and hydration.
