Aliya Healthcare is seeking a compassionate and dependable Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team and provide essential support to residents in their daily living activities. The CNA plays a key role in ensuring the health, comfort, and dignity of our residents while working alongside a skilled clinical team in a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in accordance with state law
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• CPR certification required
• Long term care experience preferred
• Ability to lift up to 100 pounds and assist residents with mobility needs
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily living activities (bathing, grooming, toileting, dressing)
• Serve meals, assist with feeding, provide water and nourishment between meals
• Support residents with mobility (ambulating, turning, positioning)
• Monitor and document vital signs, weight, intake, and output
• Ensure resident comfort and respond promptly to call lights
• Report changes in resident condition to the nursing supervisor
• Maintain accurate documentation of care provided and observations
• Uphold resident privacy and dignity per HIPAA and facility standards
• Comply with federal, state, and facility regulations
• Stay current through CNA certification maintenance and educational opportunities
• Perform other duties as assigned
