Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Answer call lights and monitor residents' needs.
• Perform direct resident care (bathing, dressing, grooming).
• Assist with activities of daily living and mobility.
• Monitor vital signs and report changes to nurses.
• Maintain cleanliness and infection control in units and rooms.
• Document care provided and participate in shift handovers.
