Job summary

Qualifications

• Must have completed State Approved Nursing Assistant Training and Competency Evaluation Program.
• Good standing in the state registry is required.
• Ability to communicate with residents and nursing staff in English.

Responsibilities

• Answers call lights and checks residents routinely.
• Gives direct resident care including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Assists with activities of daily living and mobility needs.
• Records care and reports changes to nurse managers and supervisors.
• Maintains safety, infection control, and cleanliness in patient areas.
