Job summary

Citadel Healthcare in Sterling, IL is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our care team on-site. You will assist residents with daily living activities, monitor vital signs, and support nursing staff under supervision.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, eating, grooming and toileting.
• Provide basic daily medication and supplement assistance under supervision of a nurse.
• Monitor and record vital signs (BP, pulse, temperature, respiration) as directed.
• Ensure appropriate resident diet based on dietary restrictions.
• Assist with mobility and transfers; observe and report changes in condition.
• Maintain clean patient rooms and linen; respond to calls and needs.
