Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, transferring).
• Monitor and record vital signs under supervision of a licensed nurse.
• Assist with medications and supplements as directed.
• Maintain clean resident rooms and beds; respond to care needs promptly.
