Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with personal care needs, including grooming, hygiene, dressing, nutrition, and mobility.
• Take and record vitals and intake/output as directed.
• Transport or assist residents with walking and repositioning.
• Assist with meals, dining, housekeeping, and activities.
• Communicate observations to the care team and respond to residents' needs promptly.
