Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Coordinate patient care with nursing staff.
• Assist with activities of daily living and personal hygiene.
• Turn and reposition bedridden patients.
• Monitor diet and document intake.
• Check vitals under supervision.
• Observe and report mood and behavior changes.
• Prepare supplies and maintain clean rooms.
• Respond to patient calls and assist with transports.
