Qualifications

• Must have valid State CNA license/certification.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, eating, grooming).
• Assist with transfers, mobility, toileting, and personal care.
• Turn and reposition bedridden residents and monitor safety.
• Measure and record vital signs under nurse supervision.
• Clean rooms, change linens, and gather medical supplies.
• Document changes in residents' condition and communicate to nursing staff.
