Job summary

Lakeshore Village Nursing and Rehabilitation is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant to provide routine daily nursing care according to each resident's assessment and care plan. You will identify residents, assist with daily activities, and report changes in condition to nursing leadership.

The role emphasizes documenting care outcomes, maintaining clinical privacy, and supporting a calm, safe, and dignified environment for residents on each shift.

Qualifications

• Must possess, as a minimum, a 10th grade education.
• Must be a licensed Certified Nursing Assistant in accordance with state laws.
• CPR certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify residents before administering treatments or serving meals using wristbands or photo IDs.
• Record entries on flow sheets, notes, and charts in an informative manner.
• Report changes in resident's condition to the Nurse Supervisor/Charge Nurse promptly.
• Assist residents with daily activities and personal care as directed by care plans.
• Maintain confidentiality of resident health information and report any privacy concerns.
