Job summary

Westbrooke Manor is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant to provide routine daily nursing care to residents in Florida. You will follow the resident care plan, assist with daily living activities, document care, and communicate changes to nursing staff.

Responsibilities include admissions/ transfers, safeguarding resident rights, and maintaining a warm, respectful environment across shifts. CNA certification and AHCA background screening are required.

Qualifications

• Must possess an active CNA certification and be eligible for AHCA background screening.
• Basic nursing assistant competencies and patient-care skills.
• Ability to follow resident care plans and facility policies.

Responsibilities

• Provide routine daily nursing care and services per resident care plan.
• Identify residents before administering treatments and meals.
• Record entries accurately in medical records and charts.
• Follow facility policies and communicate changes in resident condition to supervisors.
• Assist with admissions, transfers, and discharge processes.
• Support residents with daily living activities and personal care.
• Maintain confidentiality and respect residents' rights.
