Job summary

Westbrooke Manor in Wesley Chapel, FL is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant to provide routine daily nursing care and services in accordance with the resident care plans and supervisor directions.

The role covers admission/transfer tasks, personal care, documentation, and ensuring resident safety, privacy, and comfort. Must have a CNA certification, a high school diploma or GED, and AHCA background screening clearance. This is a full-time, on-site position supporting a dedicated care team.

Qualifications

• Must possess and maintain a clear and active CNA certification.
• Must possess a High School Diploma or GED.
• Must possess and maintain an Eligible/Clear AHCA Background Screening.

Responsibilities

• Identify residents before administering treatments, and provide care per plan.
• Record all entries clearly in flow sheets, notes, charts, and EMR.
• Follow facility policies and procedures at all times.
• Provide admission, transfer, and discharge assistance and escort residents as needed.
• Assist with daily living activities and personal care per care plan.
• Maintain privacy and dignity of residents and ensure comfortable environment.
